Photographer Braden Summers traveled the world for six weeks to create the beautiful photo series, ALL LOVE IS EQUAL. After his Kickstarter campaign was fully-funded he set out to depict same-sex couple living in various countries, including the UK, France, India, Bazil, and the United States.
Summers’ inspiration for the photos was classic artistic imagery normally reserved for heterosexual couples, like picturesque backdrops, romantic cityscapes, and whimsical story lines. Summers admits the photos are actually more for the general population than the gay community – providing beautiful expressions of love to those who are normally closed-minded to stereotypical gay imagery.
Take a look at some of the dreamy illustrations of what open love in different cultures could look like if everyone celebrated gay couples.
